                                          MISSION STATEMENT 

A private foundation is an independent legal entity set up for solely charitable purposes. Unlike a public charity, which relies on public fundraising to support its activities, the funding for a private foundation typically comes from a single individual, a family, or a corporation, which receives a tax deduction for donations.

The WorldGate Foundation a Private Foundation fis dedicated to crisis response support, anyplace, anytime or any reason where there is a crisis that requires our funding. We also provide  sustainable donations for  selected 501 C 3 .

We also provide support as well as funds for the life of the crisis and beyond through our network of  Doctors, Attorneys , advisors, builder's, and many others. What  is need we will make happen in any crisis!

WorldGate Foundation also provides scholarships for students studies in the mining field.  

WorldGate Foundation receives funds from WorldGate Minerals and Mining Corporations’ operations around the world. WorldGate Minerals and Mining Corporation and WorldGate Community International Corporation will make donations from all operations at the rate of  FIFTEEN percent of EBITS from all EBIT (earning before interest and taxes) Revenue from operations. WorldGate Minerals and Mining mines Diamonds, Copper, Graphite  and Lithium for National Defense and Dedicated Partners.
